Services at Tresca 

Child Health Nurse - Wednesdays & Thursdays by appointment.

NILS (No interest Loans Scheme).  Provides no interest loans for people on low incomes to purchase a major household item such as a washing machine or refrigerator.  For qualifying applicants, loans of up to $1000 are available, and repayments can be deducted from Centrelink payments.  NILS can also offer no interest loans of up to $3000 for women in business to assist them in setting up. 

A Centrelink representative is available on a regular basis at Tresca to give
advice on Centrelink services.  Call Tresca for details.

Anglicare Financial Counselling – Available every 4th Tuesday of each month. Call 1800 243 232 to make appointment, and let them know that you want to meet at Tresca.

The Launceston Community Legal Service will visit Tresca
on 21st July and 8th September between 10am and 1.30pm.

A support group for families with special needs children meets
fortnightly at Tresca.  For dates, times and enquiries,
please contact Tresca on 6394 4231.

St Giles Community Speech Pathology Service will be at Tresca
on a monthly basis between 9am and 2pm to provide speech
