have developed a Sustainable Living Group.
We will be sharing information about
solar power, organic gardening etc.
Meetings will alternate between
Tresca and Beaconsfield.

Exercises for older people
who may have
health or mobility issues
The classes are run by a trained professional
and cover fall prevention, strength training and mobility.
