Investors should note:

1. A deposit with Anglican Development Fund Wangaratta (ADFW) is a loan to the Wangaratta Diocesan Trustees as Trustee for ADFW.  The liability of the trustee is limited to the assets of ADFW.
2. Neither the Wangaratta Diocesan Trustees nor ADFW is prudentially supervised by APRA and investments in ADFW do not obtain the benefit of the depositor protection provisions of the Banking Act 1959.
3. The ADFW is not subject to the Corporation Law requirement to issue a product disclosure statement and trust deed, and has not been approved or examined by ASIC.
4. The investment is designed for persons who wish to promote the charitable purposes of the Anglican Diocese of Wangaratta.
