All models on this site have been modelled by Tim Polmear.

The models are provided free of charge for personal, educational and not-for-profit purposes.

The models on this web site may be distributed singly or as part of a collection, or posted to a web site, BBS or Newsgroup if and only if the text document included with each model accompanies the model.

These models are provided as is, with no warranty of any kind and no guarantee that they won't be crap.

Poses and textures, where noted in the documentation, may be used for commercial purposes, but may not be sold, hired, rented or otherwise made available for purchase. This limitation extends to derivative poses but not to rendered works. Pose sets may be included in free online or CD compilations if and only if the text message contained in the zip file accompanies them.
