Our Garden

Moss Brook

Moss Brook Garden was established in 1999. We are fortunate to have good soil and plentiful water. The soil has benefited from years of being a cow paddock.

Roses and perennials are our favourites and have done extremely well in our conditions.

It has been our aim to attract the birds and Splendid and Variegated wrens, Red and White breasted Robins, Fantails and Fire-tail Finches are some of the birds that can be found throughout the garden, whilst around the lakes water birds abound.

Entry to the garden is free for house guests.

The garden is open to the public. Please phone or email to arrange a time suitable.

No pets please.

Guests are free to walk to through the garden and perhaps spend some quiet time down in the fernery where the Carlotta Brook flows past most of the year. Just ask if you would like a cutting or two from the garden to take home.

Come and enjoy the peace and tranquillity at Moss Brook.
