Getting There

The most common method of connecting to a MOO is through a telnet client, however, there are now MUD clients, which are similar, but specifically designed for MUDs and MOOs.

If your connection is a shell connection, you may have TinyFugue installed on your server ... try typing 'tf' -- without the quotes. If this is unsuccessful, you will have to connect through a telnet connection. Type 'telnet' at the shell prompt.

For SLIP or PPP connections, you can either use your telnet client, or there are a wide range of MUD clients for PC and Mac.

To connect to a MOO, you need to know the address, and the port number. For CybermindMOO, this is 134.7.170.170 port 6666.
