Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions for regular medications may be done at the doctors discretion.  A non rebatable fee of $18 will be charged for this.  These will be done a the doctors convenience.  If a script is required urgently then you should make an appointment to see a doctor to get this done.

Parking

Is available on site accessed from Ruby St and there is street parking available in Ruby and Yamala Sts. Ramp access to the building is available for wheelchair and pram access.

Patient Feedback & Complaints

From time to time patients are invited to complete a survey to help analyse and improve our service.  If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care received from this practice we are keen to know.  Please feel free to talk to your Doctor, the receptionist, nurse or Practice Manager.  We believe most problems can be best dealt with within the practice however if you feel the need to contact an outside source the address is The Health Rights Commission, GPO Box 3089, Brisbane Q 4001.PH 1800 077 308  We also have a suggestion box in the waiting room.
