This is the personal website of Doug Knott,writer,poet,artist and musician of sorts,nature lover ,photographer and da.This is the third generation of the evolving Dougfiles,made possible by voice activation technology.I have this available due to a grant facilitaed by TADWA(Techology Assisting Disability Western Australia)-perhaps a similar non-profit  organisation may be started in you state or country.ME/Fibromyalgia and a couple of accidents have taken its toll on my mobility and life.I have no intention of stopping doing things ,I just have to find different ways of doing things.

I shall also link out from this site to the websites of friends,organisations and groups that I belong to,or find interesting or share similar goals,beliefs and passions in life.Some may call me a pantheist,or Sufi.I am a believer who sees the One in all things ,and the human heart.

There are a lot of websites and blogs out there creating disharmony,promoting division ,hatred and ignorance.Information technology and easier travel could be doing a lot to great harmony and understanding, environmental awareness and sustainable cultivation,but it is in the hands of too many people and corporations who seek little beyond power and profit .It is up to the individual to create change.
