Situated high in a quiet culdesac it catches the seabreeze, that along with the outside verandahs make the house pleasantly cool. There is reverse cycle A/C to the living areas and ceiling or pedestal fans to the bedrooms.

This clean comfortable home is aimed at families and is a brick/ veneer / tin roof, three bedroom, one bathroom cottage with undercover parking and plenty of extra room for a boat / caravan / trailer etc. Lock up garden shed available and located only a few minutes walk from the "Blue Holes" Beach and less than a 10 minute casual walk to the town centre, it is close to shops, Pelican feeding, cafe', river / beach front and the boat ramp / boat hire and river fishing spots.

The house comfortably sleeps 8 persons, (2 x familys) as Bedroom 1 & 2 have queen beds and bedroom 3 has two bunk beds. It is comfortably self contained with Fridge / freezer, Automatic modern washing machine, TV, DVD, CD player, Microwave. We supply pillows, doonahs (and covers) and blankets. You will need to bring your OWN LINEN, PILLOWSLIPS and TOWELS.
