Joseph Mountain born Flockton, Yks b 1801. He had a chemist shop in Wakefield. His daughter, Elizabeth, married John Taylor, born Beverley, Yks b 1829 whose father, Richard (1795) had been born near Wakefield, but lived in Driffield as a bank agent. John Taylor lived in Wakefield and was apprenticed to Joseph. He was later in partnership with Joseph until he moved to Leyton at a time when Joseph would have been near retirement.
John Taylor's (1829) son Edward Taylor born Wakefield b 1860, became a chemist and had a shop in Paddington, Middx.
John Taylor's (1829) brother Matthew Born 1833 married Mary Ann Stanley born 1823. Her brother Samuel Hague Stanley born 1810 was a chemist in Bradford having his brother Joseph Henry Stanley as his assistant.
Samuel's daughter Alicia born 1846 was to marry Charles Edward Taylor born 1844 (architect) the brother of John Taylor born 1829. She married her uncle, although not her blood line. We have come full circle.
John Taylor's (1829) uncle, Francis born 1804, {brother to Richard (1795)} lived in York as a bank manager and his son, Samuel Taylor born 1863, had a chemist shop in Great George Street, Leeds in 1871.
